FIR to be Filed Against Salman Khan for Harming Communal Harmony
MUZAFFARPUR, BIHAR: A court on Wednesday guided the police to lodge an FIR against Bollywood Actor Salman Khan and the cast and group of up and coming Bollywood film “Loveratri” based on a complaint that the title and substance of the movie had harmed the Hindu opinions.
Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate (East) Shailendra Rai coordinated the Mithanpura police headquarters in the town to lodge a FIR, based on a complaint filed in the court by advocate Sudhir Kumar Ojha.
Sudhir Kumar Ojha has protested the title of the film, claiming that it is intended to ridicule the heavenly celebration of Navaratri. He has likewise asserted that he film’s booked discharge on October 5 is probably going to hurt the Hindu opinions.
In his complaint, in which Salman Khan, who is the producer of the movie, its executive and actor host been made gatherings, Sudhir Kumar Ojha has declared that he has viewed the promotions of the film and they contained a great deal of vulgarity.
Loveratri FIR: The complaint was lodged before the court last week under
IPC sections 295 (injuring or defiling place of worship with intent to insult the religion of any class),
298 (uttering words etc. with deliberate intent to wound the religious feelings of any person),
153 (want only giving provocation with intent to cause riot)
153B (imputations, assertions prejudicial to national integrity) and
120B (criminal conspiracy).
